Procall is the perfect solution to integrate your Ascotel telephone system with the full power of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange. Procall allows each or selected extension users to identify callers using a pop-up contact screen which recognises the callers identity from the Caller ID telephone number. You can then choose to open the full contact details further information. Alternatively, Procall can be set to automatically open the full contact or journal details from Outlook on receipt of an incoming call.
