Once changes have been made, the AIMS Client software even incorporates the facility to print new telephone handset labels. These labels can be inserted in the panel window on each telephone and are unique to the features that each user has set up for their own handset. This ensures that everyone knows what the programmable buttons on their phone actually do and keeps the apearance of the phone neat & tidy. AIMS even allows the System Manager to "Lock" certain programmable keys so individual users cannot alter them.
All Ascotel IntelliGate telephone systems include an onboard ethernet
port to connect directly to your local area network (LAN) to allow any
network PC to directly access the system configuration programme via
AIMS
System Support Remote
access allows the system to be easily reconfigured and upgraded from the
support desk of your Aastra Authorised Service Centre. This allows for more in
depth reconfigurations and system maintenance to be carried out quickly
without interrupting the system operation. This ensures that the Ascotel
system is able to provide complete flexibility and freedom to cater for all of
the changes to your business as and when they occur. Disaster Recovery AIMS acts as a complete system back-up, even all terminal data is stored, so in the unlikely event of a problem the user or our Service Centre can restore your system programming in minutes.
