harnesses the very latest voice recognition technology to bring tangible

The Voice Recognition Dialler is easy to use and callers require no
training. Callers are simply asked to speak the name of the person,
department or function to which they wish to be connected and the voice
recognition technology does the rest.
Voice recognition technology has been designed to handle any accent with
accuracy. If a caller is unsure of who they wish to speak to, they can
simply ask for the "operator", who can then deal with the
enquiry.
Not only does the voice activated dialler route calls quickly and
efficiently it can also work twenty four hours a day, seven days a week,
three hundred and sixty five days per annum. It can also route calls out
of normal office hours when a normal telephone system may be in night
service.
Scalable in architecture the dialler may be configured to meet
