Callview Netlink brings scheduled reporting
and publishing to the Wizard RT and Wizard range of modules. With Netlink you
can extend your reporting beyond the desktop, viewing reports and real-time
information in a web browser, or on your WAP phone.

Callview Client provides both inbound and outbound
screen popping of calls and e-mails. Screen Popping is where a caller's
details are displayed in your company database before you even answer or make
a call. A call is identified by either DNIS (Dialled Number Identification
Service) or CLI (Caller Line Identity, sometimes known as "Caller
ID"). This information is then matched against your company database, and
the appropriate record displayed.

Wizard MIS and ACD come with the real-time reporting tool,
Wizard RT. This enables you to view statistics for today in real-time, as well
as monitoring what individual agents are doing, and how they are performing.
A new feature of version 3.1 enables Desktop Wallboard to
display either wallboard statistics, DSS buttons, or both.
Several DSS buttons can be displayed simultaneously, enabling the user to
quickly see the status of their colleagues; whether they are on a call, or in
unavailable, or free.
